To accommodate the varying production requirements of these diverse offerings, Phoenix Technology Group has custom-designed a 72,000 cans per hour high-speed, multi-functional canning line specifically for YUZU VALLEY. This state-of-the-art line is capable of handling different processes, products, and packaging formats, ensuring efficient and flexible production capabilities to meet the growing needs of the brand.

The 72,000 cans per hour high-speed multi-functional canning line provided by Phoenix Technology Group encompasses a comprehensive suite of automated features, including automatic can unloading, automatic lid application, level/pressure/coding inspection, tunnel pasteurization (capable of handling various processes such as bottle cooling, tempering, and sterilization, even meeting the PU value control requirements for beer production), film/paper wrapping, and automated palletizing for warehouse storage.

Installed within a newly constructed, state-of-the-art bottling facility with an annual production capacity of 4.5 billion yuan, this line is housed in a multi-story building that strategically segregates pre-processing, finished product storage, packaging material storage, and the production line itself across different floors, optimizing logistics and workflow efficiency.

Together with YUZU VALLEY, Phoenix Technology Group overcame numerous challenges, including tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and complex construction coordination, to ensure the timely commissioning of the new workshop as scheduled.
